Thank you for ordering from SameDayFlowers.pk. We usually deliver the same product as shown in the picture. Still, we sometimes use alternative flowers as per our policy due to the non-availability of seasonal flowers or delays in imported flower shipment.
We add extra flowers for the same price if we do not deliver a vase due to non-availability. Please contact our chat support team for clarification.

Yes, we charge extra for other cities such as Gujrat, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Wah Cantt, Jehlum, and others. We can arrange delivery to almost all cities in Pakistan, but it depends on the circumstances. Please contact our support team or email us at [email protected] for more details.
If a customer places an order for the above-mentioned cities, we reserve the right to cancel the order or ask for extra delivery charges. The order will not be processed until the customer clears the required delivery charges.
VIP Gift Delivery Charges For SameDayFlowers.pk
We offer flowers, cakes, balloons, and other arrangements on VIP car delivery to other cities. Charges start at 12000/—PKR but depend on the city. Please contact us before placing an order for flower delivery to remote cities.

Due to the nature of the products, we are currently not accepting returns, but customers can request that we change the delivery date. The change of delivery date request must be made before 12 hours; otherwise, we will proceed with the order, and no refund will be processed.

SameDayFlowers.pk offers delivery to major cities of Pakistan such as Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Wah Cantt, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura and others cities.
Except for Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi, all other cities have extra delivery charges, which may vary from city to city. Please contact our customer support team before placing an order for other remote cities.
