Refunds and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of the products, we are currently not accepting returns, but customers can request that we change the delivery date. The change of delivery date request must be made before 12 hours; otherwise, we will proceed with the order, and no refund will be processed.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to our terms & conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your flowers arrive broken or are not what you ordered(in case of no seasonal flowers, we reserve the right to change the flowers as per availability, & upon checkout customer are bound to accept our policy), please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement within the bounds of our refund policy.

Quality Issues:
Should you experience any quality issues with your flowers, such as wilting or poor condition, please reach out to us immediately of receiving your order.

Change of Mind:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders based on a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it. Please contact our support team before 48 hours of delivery to cancel the order.(only flowers payment may refund*(subject to approval), other items such as : (Cakes, Cupcakes, Mugs, Juices, Fruits, or any customize order payment will not be refund)
