1. Introduction
Welcome to SameDayFlowers.PK (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
These terms apply to all customers — whether ordering from within Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) or from abroad (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, etc.).
2. Order Acceptance & Payment
✅ All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
✅ We do NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment must be completed online at checkout via:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / Any International Card or PayPal (for international customers)
- All Pakistani Bank Cards, Direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash / EasyPaisa (for local customers)
⚠️ Orders without successful payment will not be processed.
3. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
🌸 All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
Flowers and gifts are perishable, time-sensitive, and often custom-prepared — therefore, we cannot resell or restock them.
4. Recipient Refusal = No Refund
🛑 If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery or is unreachable after multiple attempts, no refund will be issued.
You are responsible for:
- Providing the correct recipient name, address, and phone number
- Informing the recipient about the incoming delivery
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the gift
💡 Pro Tip: Call or WhatsApp the recipient before scheduling delivery!
5. Delivery to Remote Cities (Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Sialkot, Jehlum, Faisalabad, etc.)
🚗 For deliveries outside Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi — additional charges apply:

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
🌷 For Flowers & Non-Perishable Items:
- You may reschedule the delivery date (subject to availability) — if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
🎂 For Customised/Perishable Items (Cakes, Chocolates, Hampers with Expiry):
- ❌ No rescheduling or cancellation allowed once the order is confirmed.
- ❌ No refund if delivery is missed or refused — due to freshness and expiry constraints.
- If you wish to change the delivery date → you must place a new order and pay again.
⚠️ Cakes and customised items are prepared fresh upon order — they cannot be stored or reused.
7. Substitutions
💐 In rare cases where specific flowers or items are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with:
- Equal or higher value items
- Similar colour/style/theme
- With prior notice (if possible)
You will never receive lesser quality — only thoughtful, beautiful alternatives.
8. Delivery Timeframes
⏰ Same-Day Delivery Cut-off:
Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM PKT for same-day delivery in major cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Karachi.
Late orders will be processed the next day, or you can select from available time slots on the checkout page.
⏱️ Remote City Deliveries:
Requires a minimum of 24–48 hours’ advance notice — especially for car delivery.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, or recipient unavailability
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g., flowers left in the sun, cake not refrigerated)
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here, accompanied by a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made to them.
📜 Terms & Conditions: Event Day Deliveries
Applicable to: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Eid, Weddings & Other High-Demand Occasions
Due to exceptionally high order volumes during major gifting events, we operate under special delivery terms to ensure every order is handled with care, quality, and fairness.
1. ⏰ Delivery Time Windows
On event days, we cannot guarantee or accommodate requests for specific delivery times (e.g., “deliver at 3 PM” or “before sunset”). All deliveries will be fulfilled within our standard operating window:
8:00 AM – 11:59 PM on the selected delivery date unless selected ASAP time slot (extra charges apply for ASAP delivery)
At checkout, customers are required to select an “open” time slot. This helps us optimise routing, manage rider capacity, and serve all customers efficiently.
2. 🌹 Why This Policy Exists
Event days generate more orders than our normal order volume. To prevent delays, missed deliveries, or compromised flower quality, we must consolidate deliveries into broader time windows. Your understanding and flexibility help us deliver smiles — not stress — to every doorstep.
3. 🚫 No Rescheduling or Priority Requests
Orders placed for event dates cannot be rescheduled, upgraded to express delivery unless paid for the ASAP delivery, or assigned priority status — regardless of order size or value. All event orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
4. ✅ What You Can Expect
- Fresh, handcrafted arrangements delivered on your chosen date
- Email confirmation updates on delivery day
- Rider contact before arrival (where possible)
5. ❗ Important Reminders
- We strongly recommend placing event orders at least 3–5 days in advance. Last-minute orders may not be accepted if capacity is full.
- No cancellations or refunds are permitted for event day orders once payment is confirmed.
- In rare cases of unavoidable delay (weather, traffic, civil unrest), we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement delivery date.
