Remote Cities Delivery Charges:

I haven’t experienced such great professional service in a long time, even here in the US. The experience of ordering from same day flowers from the US was exceptional. They deliver flowers in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad. The website was easy to navigate. Secure payment through Alfalah bank gateway portal that accepts any MasterCard/Visa at the regular bank exchange rate. A few minutes after I placed my order, i got a WhatsApp and email receipt/confirmation message from the business. I quickly decided to ask them if they were able to customize my box of flowers with additional flowers. They were extremely helpful and helped me find another bouquet on their website which they offered to consolidate into a customized one so I ordered that as well through the secure payment portal. They sent me a message right after on WhatsApp to confirm they had received the extra payment and the note to consolidate and customize. At delivery time, they sent me photos of the customized bouquet itself, the printed note card, the signed receipt after delivery and a pic of the exterior of the residence where they delivered. Who does that? I’m always weary of flower orders in the US because the actual orders never match what you order on the website. These flowers that were sent were EXACTLY what I saw on same day flowers website. Extra plus points to the business for having pride and confidence in their products to share real pics of what they are delivering. As you can probably tell, I’m highly impressed by the ease and professionalism of this seamless experience and I look forward to being a repeat customer.
